NO REFUND IF PRODUCT USED:
We do not provide refunds once a digital product has been accessed or used. Please ensure that the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED:
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, you may exchange it for a product of equal or higher value. Please contact Support@ADZKeys.com within 10 minutes to 1 day after purchase to initiate an exchange. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.
PRODUCT NOT WORKING:
If the product does not work as intended, please reach out to us within 10 minutes to 1 day of purchase. We will assess the issue, and if verified, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a full refund.
OUT OF STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE PRODUCT:
In the event that a purchased product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
